Downloadable files that have been purchased from the online store are available immediately upon purchase if you use a credit or debit card.  If you use a PO number the files are normally available within 24 hours. 

The link for your downloadable file is good for 7 days following your purchase.  Therefore, we recommend that you save the file to your computer so that you have access to it later. 

If you puchased your file using a credit or debit card, the link for the file shows up on the confirmation page.  If you have closed that page or if you purchased the file using a PO number, it is easy to get the link for the file you purchased.  "Sign In" to the online store using the "sign in" link at either the top right of the online store or from the menu on the left side of the page.  Once you have "signed into" the store click on "My Account". (this is found on the left menu of the page and is the next to the last item on the menu bar).  Click on the second item down which should say "View Order Status and History".  Once on this page you will be able to view your orders.  Click on "view" beside the order number you received when you purchased the file.  Scroll down this page and you will find "Download Now" beside the name of the download you purchased.

Note: when downloading the file, it is recommended that you hit "save" instead of "open".  When you click "save" the computer will ask you where you want the file saved. Direct your computer to where you want to save the file.  Most computers will automatically try to save the file to the harddrive or to the place where you last saved a file.
