Parental Information Packet

Informed parents are happy parents who will often get onboard with your program and work with their children at home. We recommend you give the parents the following documents when a child joins the program and at the beginning of every curriculum year as a refresher. Some of these documents are included in this document for your convenience. We have not included "How to Earn Awards" Cards and Yearly Calendars as these should be given specific to the book the child is using.

We recommend putting these documents into an envelope marked with the level and book. Have these prepared and ready to use whenever a new child joins so that you are not scrambling to give the parents information about your club. Labels are available to use for your convenience in marking the envelopes.

Parent Packet Labels

These labels are designed to fit on an Avery 5160 label. Included are level and clubs horizontal logo labels.

Parent packet info can be assembled and placed into envelopes placing a label at the top of the envelope to distinguish the level.

Idea: keep a supply of the parent info packets with your entrance books or books to be given when new children join your club. This will help to let parents know about your club and program.
