One Search = One Penny
(One penny for Kids 4 Truth, that is.)
Introducing Goodsearch, the search engine that donates money to a specific charity every time you do a search of the WWW. It’s as easy as Google. But, unlike Google, you’ll actually be legally and legitimately giving other peo
ple’s money to Kids 4 Truth (or another charity of your choice) with every one of your web searches. I’ve never been so inspired to search the web!
No sign-ups. No forms. No obligation. Excellent search results. Zero cost to you. No strings attached. Completely legit. Fully automatic. All you have to do is search.
But where does the penny-per-search come from? Each penny is a tiny fraction of the monies businesses use to advertise on Yahoo. Let me reiterate—the penny is not your money.
If you’re a struggling student and you just exhausted your last supply of Ramen noodles, here is an easy way to help support a cause: do some web searching! If you’re a homeschooling mom and you find yourself surfin’ and searchin’ almost every day—please consider making your web searches more profitable. Are you a techie that lives on the internet—even when you’re at work and should be working? Then I know you search!
Last month alone Kids 4 Truth received about 600,000 visits and over 10 million hits. As our ministry has increased, so too have our financial needs. Will you please use GoodSearch and raise money for Kids 4 Truth that will help to release new dynamations and publish more God-focused materials? For us, GoodSearch is an attempt at 21st-century-stewardship that will help us offer our materials at low cost while keeping the quality superior.
Please consider doing one or more of the following:
NOTE: It’s important to use this link “http://www.goodsearch.com/?charityid=824752” as it is and not simply www.goodsearch.com. If you start by going to www.goodsearch.com you must take an extra step in order to designate a charity to which your search pennies will go. It still works but it’s added and unnecessary effort.
One bonus: GoodSearch’s default search setting filters out adult content.
Some other ideas for extreme fundraiser-types:
- Talk to your church or school about making GoodSearch the default search engine on the computers.
- Send home a flyer with the kids at your local Kids 4 Truth Club letting moms and dads know about this unique opportunity to help.
- Copy and paste this blog post into an email and send it along to friends and relatives that might be interested in helping. (Or just e-mail your friends a link to this blog post: www.kids4truth.com/bobsblog.)
- Put a link on your webpage or blog to http://www.goodsearch.com/?charityid=824752. Use the graphic at the top of this post or one from HERE. Please make sure the hyperlink is set to: http://www.goodsearch.com/?charityid=824752
Thank you for considering this request. I would love to hear from you if you will commit to using GoodSearch and/or you have other ideas about how we might encourage more people to use it.
We at Kids 4 Truth would appreciate your prayers as we seek to be wise stewards with the ministry platform God has granted us. There are many projects “on deck” that lack only the proper funding. Once released, these projects will, I trust, be tremendous resources to help churches answer the question: “What are we doing to ground boys and girls in essential Bible truth?” GoodSearch may be an avenue God will use to help us do more good (Ephesians 2:10). But without God’s blessing, it’s all for naught (John 15:5). Please pray Colossians 1:9–11 for us. Thank you.
Your Servant,
